GLUTES

Give this glute workout a go that will give them a BURN!

A resistance band is recommended for this workout but most of the exercises can be done just body weight too!

An all round workout that will definitely get your heart rate going and it's a sweaty one! I absolutely loved this workout and hope you do too!

Dumbbells and a bench/chair is needed.

A workout that targets the whole of your upper body: arms, chest, shoulders and back! This will definitely have you aching tomorrow!

Dumbbells needed for this one, remember to go heavier if you are trying to build muscle!

Something different! Here is a new series I am starting called 'Train With Me'. This is footage of my own workout so you can see how I train, go about things with each body part and hopefully give you some ideas too!

Of course im kicking off the series with my favourite muscle group to train - GLUTES!
